From now on...if a client misses an appointment without any communication (No-Show), we will require a credit card on file for any future appointments. If it happens again we will bill the full amount of the service scheduled to the card on file. As a small business owner, when a client misses an appointment we cannot fill that spot and end up losing money. There are many times that we have to turn away other potential clients, because we just don't have the availability.
If someone prepaid for a service and misses the appointment...then the service will be considered redeemed at that point.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made thereafter may be subject to 50% or more of the scheduled service charges.
