Deep Tissue Massage

My Thoughts About Deep Tissue Massage - Mount Dora

So many people come into my office just wanting a Relaxation/Swedish Massage because they want to relax, but depending on the physical, emotional, social factors I find that they really need some Deep Tissue Massage as well.
Deep Tissue shouldn't leave you feeling worse than when you walked in.  If it does...never return to that Massage Therapist.  Not all Therapists are the same by a long stretch.
To me, Deep Tissue Massage needs to be incorporated on a case-by-case basis and it should help with the aches and pains, not make them worse.
I guess this is why my client retention has never been an issue.
This modality is also known as NeuroMuscular Therapy(NMT), which I specialize in, but that doesn't mean you won't be relaxed enough to fall asleep when I'm finished and, many times, during the treatment.
